Inside Sales Representative
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative. (Base + Commission + Bonus)
Description:
Our Inside Sales Representative is directly responsible for selling our range of products and services. This individual will be an experienced inside sales representative with outstanding communication skills and the ability to exceed specific activity and revenue metrics. Methods of customer contact will be inbound and outbound phone calls and e-mail. As a member of our core group you will expect to receive the most competitive compensation plan in the industry: Base + bonus + commission. There is no cap. Our success is a direct result of your efforts and we recognize and support excellence.
Responsibilities:
We are interested in professional performance and these are your Primary Responsibilities.
- Inside Telesales: Inbound/Outbound calls to hot Leads, Warm Leads and Cold Calls to customers and prospects to close.
- Assess prospect’s needs and recommend most suitable products and service offerings.
- Identify and qualify customers having up-sell revenue generation potential.
- Evaluate our product and service offering against customer’s need, budget and competitors’ offerings.
- Utilize a sales automation system to manage day-to-day activities and update management of such activity through system generated activity reports.
- Process all product orders accurately and on time pursuant to our product policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all our internal systems necessary to service customers (e.g. order processing, credit, creative, etc.).
- Meet or exceed management defined activity and revenue goals.
- Demonstrate focused daily activity.
- Demonstrate an understanding of our business offering.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and remain current with the market we do business in.
- Other duties as assigned by members of management.
Required Skills:
- Proven inside (Inbound and Outbound) telesales experience.
- Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable environment.
- Telephone calling experience required (minimum of 50-100 dials per day).
- Superior telephone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrable computer and Internet knowledge required.

Outside Sales Representatives
Due to our continued growth, we are also seeking independent contractor Outside Sales Representatives. (Commission only with unlimited earning potential)
We are looking to hire commission only sales people starting immediately in New York. Need to excel at B2B prospecting, setting appointment’s, and closing the sale. Average $1,200 to $6,000 commission per sale.
You should have prior experience in selling Internet/Web/Advertising services. You should be a confident person with high energy.
Important note:
We are only looking for sales reps to generate new business, so as soon as you close a sale you won’t be responsible for handling customer service, implementation or other non-sales work. We handle all of that so you can get back to selling.
Responsibilities:
- Bring in new business through contacts, prospecting
- Create Proposal and submit to prospects, get all estimates from technical team
- Account Management
- Update our CRM Software with daily updates
- Update timesheet system with hours spent during the day and achievement

Web Developer
Elite Venture Media is seeking a thoughtful, experienced Web Designer to join our team.
The Web Designer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the information architecture and user interface for websites and web applications. The Web Designer must be experienced working as a team member using an open source environment. S/he should be skilled in User Experience Design techniques, HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). S/he should have strong opinions about good design and be able to back them up with real world experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Factors, User Interface Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar
- Minimum of 2 years web design experience.
- Proficient with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS including experience creating table-less HTML designs.
- Demonstrable application of usability, marketing, and web design principles.
- Familiarity with usability and design of web applications for mobile devices
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and the ability to turn work around quickly.
- Good understanding of design for social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrable experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator CS3 or CS4, Photoshop, GIMP, Microsoft Expression, or similar.
- Experience with Flash including ActionScript 2 and 3.
- Knowledge of or experience with Silverlight optional, but useful.
- Experience designing for IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Opera and the nuances of each one
- Open Source and mobile application development.
- Some experience in SQL and relational database is helpful.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining internal and external websites and/or web based applications.
- Develop, test, and maintain information architecture and UI for web-based applications.
- Create multiple UI designs for review and selection by staff.
- Create reusable, valid CSS.
- Collaborate with technical, applications, and operational staff to ensure UI usability and integrity.
- Recognize the fundamental differences between the various internet browsers and develop UI that can be fully supported.
- Assist in projects from idea to mock-up to launch, including designing prototypes & wireframes, conducting usability testing, and moving the final product into production.
- Apply knowledge of industry trends in Web design best practices, accessibility standards and developments to improve service to our clients.
- Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team members.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.
