Plattekill Mountain Summer
Plattekill is home to over 60 miles of mountain bike trails and is one of the first lift-served bike parks to operate on the East Coast. Plattekill is open every weekend from April thru November and also features hiking, chairlift rides, camping and operates midweek for group adventure camp tours. Plattekill’s facility is also available for private parties, banquets and catered functions.
A big part of Platekill’s reputation…has been built on commitment to mountain biking and racing and 2008 marks the resort’s 14th season. Plattekill was one of the first lift-served mountain bike centers to open in the Northeast in 1995, and has become known as a rider’s mountain where the experience is riding your bike and pushing yourself to new levels.
